The NVCAC Arts Gallery invites local artists and groups to apply for exhibition opportunities. We recommend submitting your application early, as most exhibitions are scheduled months in advance. Exhibitions generally run for 5 weeks.
Please note: There are TWO different application forms – one for Solo Exhibitions and another for Community Art Shows.
Professional Display System: We provide a heavy-duty display system with rails, cables, and hooks for your artwork.
Plinth Blocks: These elevated surfaces allow you to showcase 3D artwork.
Large Display Cabinet: A space for displaying artwork and small decorations.
Entryway Use: We offer an additional area for creative installations.
Promotional Support: Your exhibition will be promoted free of charge.
Reception Support: We provide food, drinks, and setup for opening and closing receptions.
Solo Exhibitions:
To apply for a Solo Exhibition, please fill out the Google Form for solo artists. This form requires detailed information, including a profile picture
and images of your artwork. Make sure you have all your files ready before starting the application.
Community Art Shows:
The application for Community Art Shows is simpler and is only open when there are specific shows accepting applications. When available, this form does
not require a profile picture or extensive details.
To apply, you must be a member of NVCAC. If you are not a member, your submission will not be considered.
For questions or concerns, please contact us at curator@nicolavalleyarts.com.
Artists selected for Solo Exhibitions or Community Art Shows may be invited to host a workshop related to their exhibition. This opportunity is available for both types of shows. However, only the artists featured in the exhibition can host these workshops, and participation is optional. If an artist chooses not to offer a workshop, none will be held.
This opportunity is specifically related to the current show and is different from our regular NVCAC programs. If you wish to teach a workshop unrelated to your exhibition or outside of an Art Gallery showcase, you can visit a different section of our website to learn more about other teaching opportunities.
